Since we had a contingency sale of our house to purchase a new home, this program was instrumental in giving us an advantage when we submitted our offer to the seller. He walked us through the process with patience. He is a teacher at heart who truly looks out for the best interests of his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the process. And when we no longer needed the Cash to Keys program to close on our home, he seamlessly transitioned us to a conventional mortgage. I highly recommend Lonn for anyone looking to purchase a home. Let me first say that I have plenty experience purchasing, refinancing in the past - yet this has been my FAVORITE lender experience. My finances are complicated being a small business owner - I qualified with AnnieMac even though denied elsewhere & still got great percentage - because they looked the time to look at all my finances rather than expect cookie cutter W-2's. Lonn was super helpful, very attentive, stayed on top of what needed to be done & that all parties moved along in their responsibilities (I was dealing with another state on this mortgage). I couldn't sing his praises enough. Also, my mortgage was approved (&at first pre-approved) so my turn around time from applying to closing was 2 months. AMAZING experience.
